Bio:
Larry grew up in Oviedo, FL where he attended Oviedo High School. During his career at Oviedo HS he played baseball and football. A three year Varsity starter on the diamond he earned County Player of The Year Honors and All-State as a senior. A 2000 MLB Draft pick of the Oakland Athletics ultimately choosing not to sign.

Larry chose to attend State College Of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota and was a two year starter earning Conference and State Player of The Year Honors, Conference and State First Team Honors, also 2002 ABCA/Rawlings NJCAA Div. 1 First Team All-American Honors as a sophomore. A 2002 MLB Draft signee of the Texas Rangers playing five seasons in the Rangers Minor League System reaching the AA level.

Larry’s deep love for the game dates back to his Great Grandfather Harry Homer “Big Newt” Boston Sr whom in the late 1940’s organized and coached the Oviedo Black Hawks Baseball and Softball teams throughout Florida and Georgia. A firm believer in having strong fundamentals Larry specializes in hitting, infield & outfield defense, and base running. Larry also teaches the mental side of the game helping young players develop an approach and plan to execute in order to have confidence no matter the situation they may face. Larry recently moved to the Atlanta area with his wife Angela and son Tanner (6yrs.).
