Jasha Balcom has built a reputation as one of the leading professional hitting instructors in the country. He is a former professional baseball player in the Chicago Cubs organization and college at the University of Georgia. He has also served as a scout and MLB player advisor.

He has traveled throughout the United States training players as well as the Dominican Republic and Brazil. Fluent Brazilian Portuguese and Conversational Spanish.

He founded the batting facility “Hittersbox Baseball” from 2008-2014, Before launching his baseball education company “Swing Institute” in 2015. Jasha has over 16 years of player development experience and has built an impressive list of clients including some of the top young prospects in baseball today.
